By registering your details you indicate your consent for us to email you information about selected events from Pinguino Events unless you object to receiving such messages.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to the address below. If you cancel 1 month before the conference, a 25% administration fee is charged. If you cancel after that no refund is given, including non-attendance at the conference. You are welcome to make a substitution at any time.

Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue and content, or the date and timing of the programme.

In the event that this function is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the event and all the Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.

Cancellation of Conference
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible conference cancellation or postponement. In any event, the Conference Secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages, etc.
